What is your cancellation policy?

I completely understand how hectic clients schedules can be and respect your time. I try to accommodate client schedules as much as I can and I ask that you do the same. To make sure that all scheduled appointments go smoothly I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% charge for these services. After the second incident, you will be required to prepay.

What Methods of Payment do you take?

Little House of Glam takes all major credit cards, debit tap, Apple Pay and cash.

What if I’m running late for my appointment?

I ask that if you know you will be late to please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you but if you are more than fifteen minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. I understand life happens and sometimes being late is unavoidable but I do book my clients back to back, so if even one client is late it could mean every client after that will be seen late.
